New federal privacy rules were part of the financial modernization legislation passed by Congress in 1999. The Gramm-Leach-Billey Act, and the Securities and Exchange Commission's Regulation S-P, requires that we regularly send you notices about our
Privacy Policy. The implementation of these new regulations has not changed the way we conduct our business, but does require regular notification to our customers.

At Forté Capital maintaining our customers' trust and confidence is a very high priority. Our
Privacy Policy applies to current and former clients. We recognize that protecting the privacy and security of the confidential and personal information we collect about you is an important responsibility and a key element in the relationship we have built together.

We collect nonpublic personal information from you to conduct our regular business. This information may come from:

• Information reported by you on applications or other forms, during meetings and telephone conversations.
• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others.

As Forté Capital shares nonpublic information solely to service our client accounts, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law.

At times, we may disclose nonpublic personal information, as described above, to affiliated third parties. We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of affiliated third parties:

• Financial service providers such as retail broker dealers, institutional brokers, or affiliated entities.

Forté Capital will internally safeguard your nonpublic personal information by restricting access to only those employees who provide products or services to you or those who need access to your information to service your account. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet federal and/or state standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

We update our policy and procedures where necessary to ensure that your privacy is maintained and we conduct our business in a manner that fulfills our commitment to you. If we make any material changes in our
Privacy Policy, we will notify you.
